PROSPERYTAL FINANCE MANAGERS

Prosperytal Finance Managers (Pty) Ltd was established during the latter part of 2005 to devise funding mechanisms to historically disadvantaged individuals (HDI entrepreneurs), focussing on and broad based black economic empowerment (BBBEE). These funding mechanisms comprise of two important dimensions, the provision of Entrepreneurial Development Support (EDS) in combination with a comprehensive finance package to offer a sustainable business opportunity for the entrepreneur. This mechanism was developed to create viable opportunities for entrepreneurs that have limited or no access to capital and / or finance to acquire or start a business. The uncompromising entrepreneur envisages endless business opportunities, but the finance needed to start the business is unavailable – the entrepreneurial quote: “The banks are firm on contribution from the entrepreneur and insist on full security cover for their exposure”. The bank’s quote: “There are no feasible SME deals to finance.”

Prosperytal Finance Managers (Pty) Ltd is initiating three new funding mechanisms. These are funding mechanisms for specific industries, funding specific needs and are facilitated in subsidiaries of Prosperytal Finance Managers (Pty) Ltd:

• Prosperytal Unleaded (Pty) Ltd, focussing on the Retail Fuel industry. A subsidiary of Prosperytal Finance Managers (Pty) Ltd with Black Women Owned shareholding (BWO);

• Prosperytal Hospitality (Pty) Ltd (in process of registration), focussing on the tourism and hospitality business sectors in South Africa;

• Prosperytal Intellectual Property (Pty) Ltd (in process of registration), focussing on the development of innovative concepts, models, brands and business ideas (Intellectual Property) in South Africa.
