• Business Plans
  Business Plans are tailor-made to suit the specific needs of our clients. The business plan typically consist of two main components: Financial Modelling based on conservative but realistic assumptions and a comprehensive business description including motivations for assumptions made in the financial modelling. The financial modelling is a detailed simulation or budget of the proposed project for four or up to eight years. The format of the business plan presentation varies from client to client and may include hard copies electronic copies on CD, MS Power Point presentations, videos or DVD’s, or any combination thereof as necessary.

• Due Diligence
  We perform due diligence studies on business projects and proposals.

• Feasibility Studies
  We have conducted pre-feasibility studies and feasibility studies for various projects.
