André started his career at Business Partners as a Portfolio Manager. During this time he managed the single biggest portfolio. He joined Dectra in Cape Town in 1996 and opened their Johannesburg offices in October 2000. Towards the end of 2001 he started Prosperytal Consultants.
Tertius joined Prosperytal in 2004. He started his career at Karbochem in Sasolburg where he was promoted to senior project engineer and factory manager. He then joined the IDC in 1983. During the last 8 years at the IDC he was a specialist in the chemical business unit.
Before Joe joined Prosperytal in 2004 he worked at the IDC. Joe was responsible for finance investigations and recommendations in the wood, pulp and paper- as well as in the health and education business units. At present he is also director of BeeXchange Empowerment Advisors and Sinergi Corporate Advisors.
Vusi Sithole has over 10 years experience in the SME development sector in Africa. He started his career at the Small Business Developemnt Corporation and has also worked for RAPS Finance and E & Co. At present he is also the Managing Member of South Africa Small & Medium Business Services CC.

Jeanne joined Prosperytal in mid 2001. She has gained valuable experience during her 16 years at Government Departments. She was responsible for the implementation of highly successful departmental projects, several training programmes, management systems and human resources management.
